The home of healthcare data

HQIP is an independent charity that manages the largest national clinical audit and outcome review programme in the UK, on behalf of NHS England, the Welsh Government and others. Covering a wide range of common conditions, our work provides publicly available data that is trusted by patients and clinicians alike, and supports evidence-based improvement.
